- We endeavour to keep 100% of the product in stock all the time; however, there are rare occasions when we do experience out of stocks. In such cases, we will inform you of the expect lead time for product availability
Register your details on our site
- We only use these details for our own business and delivery of your goods. We have no 3rd party or media partners and don’t release your details to mailing lists.
- Our servers have both hardware and software based firewalls and security measures to prevent fraud, malicious software and theft of your data. We are fully PCI DSS Compliant.
- OFW uses Sage’s secure "Sage Pay" payment for all our transactions. This not only means it’s secure but there are no nasty transaction fees to be stung with!
Place your order on the web site
- Once funds have cleared, we will pick and palletise your delivery ready for collection.
- Orders received by 10am will usually be picked and despatched on the same day. We will endeavour to pick any orders received after this time on the same day as well. All orders are picked on a first come, first serve basis and subject to availability, volume of orders and collection time of the carrier for next day delivery (depending on geographical location)
- We only use DHL Freight to complete all our deliveries
- All deliveries are palletised to ensure minimal handling, improved transit time, reduced damage, multi-box items are despatched together and lower cost.
- Delivery rates are charged by postcode and m2 of pallet required for delivery. For a full list of rates per postcode please click here.
- Each pallet can hold a maximum weight of 0.75 tonnes (or 750kg)
- Full order confirmation and tracking details will be sent to your e-mail address
Kick back and wait for your delivery to arrive
- We can deliver to an alternative business address but unfortunately not to private addresses at this point in time
- Please ensure all deliveries are thoroughly checked prior to signature. Where detailed inspection is unfeasible, please sign for product as damaged to ensure any claims can be pursued at a later date.
- On the rare occasion where damage has happened in transit, please ensure the delivery note is signed damaged and photographic evidence is sent back to OFW. We will then be able to process a claim with the delivery company and issue refund or replacement product.
